The field trip to Romania is coming very fast now

We will hold a meeting for students and their parents for information on the Romanian trip. The meeting will be this Thursday at 3:30 in the main building.

The country which name have many spellings of it....

I read the poster for making bags that Carmen and Minjeung did, which I had read before the printed it out. And all of a sudden I thought, oh!!!! so the country which we will go to next is not spelled correctly, and if so that would be my fault as being the teacher. But then when I looked it up I now know that it can be spelled in different ways in English. Rumania, Romania and Roumania. (tle last one gets a red underline from Google though as if spelled wrong).

Reduce Reuse Recycle
Things we  should all do
Everyone plays their part
Still Ill being talking to all of you
 
All day everyday
Instead of paying money
Pay back the environment you live in
Cause wasting products ain’t funny

What others discard, we spare
Creating bags out of thin air
Using used t-shirts for others to share
Selling for a reasonable fare

T-shirts, pants, shoes you name it
For other valuables we trade it
But if torn dont worry
Something for others we’ll it

In the future our children
Will know the difference we gave them
So contribute now
So we don't rely on someone else to save them

Starting doing some bags as inspiration

We got some bags from AI's class where he stressed sustainable design.
And M and C started sewing.



The group going to Romania started rehearsing on the play



The other students promoted the competition by visiting all classes in the annexe informing of the idea.
